1. Integrated Production & Supply Chain Management
Integrated production, processing, storage, and distribution of safe, hygienic, and quality-assured fresh, chilled, and frozen chicken, beef, and eggs through a farm-to-consumer supply chain, following applicable food safety requirements, good hygiene practices, and documented quality control procedures.

2. Responsible Antibiotic Use & Residue Control
Production and supply of chicken meat under veterinary supervision, supported by strict biosecurity, responsible antimicrobial use, compliance with prescribed withdrawal periods, and appropriate veterinary drug residue monitoring

3. Halal Slaughter & Hygienic Meat Processing
Slaughtering of livestock and poultry in accordance with Islamic Halal principles, supported by ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection, hygienic dressing, personnel hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and controlled processing conditions.

4. Advanced Blast Freezing & Frozen Storage
Application of blast-freezing technology at approximately -35°C under controlled operating conditions, with verification of product core temperature to achieve the required freezing parameters. Maintenance of frozen meat at -18°C or below, as applicable, to preserve product quality and maintain the cold chain.

5. Cold-Chain Integrity & Safe Distribution
Maintaining food safety and product quality throughout storage and distribution through documented temperature monitoring, hygienic handling, product traceability, appropriate stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), temperature-controlled transportation, and corrective action procedures.
